Neck Relief
Both my husband and I have used this to help ease neck and shoulder pain. It's extremely easy to use and far cheaper then frequent trips to the chiropractor (who suggested this)

easy to set up and use
works as expected gave me some really good relief which was very much needed and now i use it almost daily. very simple and easy to set up and use.

No instructions
This only came with instructions on how to put your head in the strap, but not how to set up the rest of the mechanism. I have an extra piece I'm not sure where it goes. The string that operates the pulley is literally just a shoe string. I'm going to try to replace it with something more sturdy.

Chin strap was awkward.
Chin strap did not fit comfortably. It was too tight.

Some details to consider
The head halter and pulley system worked well, the adjustable spreader bar broke in the middle (the bar's weakest point) the second time I used this arrangement. The overdoor mounting unit has 4 plastic bumpers riveted to the hanging unit presumably to prevent marring to the door surface. This makes it so that the mounting unit can only be mounted in its working orientation on the side of the door that abuts the door stop unlike the view in the advertising image. In the opposite orientation, 2 of the bumpers prevent the door from closing tightly enough for the door to latch properly.
