I was pleased to find a heated eye mask that doesn't require microwaving. Consistent heat is more effective and more relaxing.
The heat levels are good but the charge only lasts a few hours, so you have to charge it constantly. I purchased it for dry eye and stye treatment, so I need to use it several times a day. The constant charging means I cannot use it when I want to. I am constantly waiting for it to charge. Other than this issue, its foft, easy to keep clean and the heat levels are good.
I would love to love this, and it feels great when it's working. I've had trouble getting it to work consistently, and sometimes it only stays warm for a few minutes. It's also a little too big
That's not heat up very good for dry eye. I'm really disappointed. The heating isn't very hot. You need it warm
