I'm on a screen most of the day for work, so my eyes tend to get dry pretty easily. I usually use one during my lunch break and another one before going to sleep. The material is soft and doesn't press on the eyes. The ear loops are stretchy and don't cause discomfort. It stays in place even when sleeping on your side. The heat is distributed evenly and gently, making it safe and comfortable for both adults and children to use.

I live these. I have chronic dry eyes and use eye drops 3 to 4 times a day. Using this I was able skip thr eye drops for 3 days.

this is the first time i used this kind of product. i usually use the moist heat compress you need to microwave but getting up to microwave is a bother especially since my eyes are very dry in the morning, this i only have to reach out and put on. it seems to work well nothing to compare it to with another brand so as to quality and fit . i would recommend and see if it works well for you
