The Xbox one X that i ordered came on time and in new condition. The way it was packaged was great and the console controller and cords all came in the actual Microsoft box. Everything was sealed just like it was new. The box does say refurbished but you cant tell from how it looks and performs. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Just got it and it looks brand new,Has worked fine since ive got it and also comes with a wired controller that i could use if i want too and also GTA5 with the the enterprise starter pack.To me its a great deal for what you get.

Had to send to have it repaired almost immediately and they never sent controllers or plugs back. Finally was able to get power cord set back and use once and had to send it for repairs again. Very frustrating

Well I ordered this in late may and it worked just fine but now the audio doesn't work at all on it and it isn't the tv because I plug in other devices on the tv and the audio work fine. So this Xbox only worked for less than 5 months.

just got the system in the mail, but like previous people who have ordered through this company via Walmart, i have missing components promised to me. The game itself is MIA, and so is the wired controller. I am not a happy camper, to say the least. i don't think i'll be doing business with this company ever again, and suggest you think twice before ordering through them.

Beside him and came broken. The back was not even attached. Part of the back was missing chipped, and there were no screws in it it was shipped. Just in a regular box with a bubble wrap and it was supposed to come with a game and it did not come with any game and the controller was not the one in the description not happy at all will not buy from the seller ever again.

Things were great initially! However, in only a few weeks, system lag and performance issues started to surface. It recently got to the point where I had to turn the graphics settings down to 1080p but still encountered lag and framerate issues. Now its too far gone.. I can't even play the least demanding games I own now. It's comes in waves about 4 seconds long of high frame rate down to about 5 fps. It's useless now. It can't even effectively download updates. Do not purchase this. It's very ironic that issues didn't become overly apparent after the warranty and return dates expired.

Did not work at all it sucked so bad and to top it off I couldn't even return it I'm stuck with a broken console and I'm lost out of 330 if ur gona by an x box just buy it brand new
