I'm NOT a yogurt fan. I DO eat Fage All Natural Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt EVERY day. It is WONDERFUL for your stomach, and a great source of calcium %26 protein. I slice a banana and a few strawberries to put on it. Then I cover it with organic CHIA seeds. SUPER healthy ! FULL of protein! This is the ONLY yogurt I'm able to eat.
Tried all of the Greek yogurt...this was the best. Eat any time of the day and with berries 🍒, cinnamon, Honey. Smoothie 🥤 mix into pancakes...many things. Eat at least once daily for better health results 😁. Do your research and see how much it will help you. 82 years old, no meds and better bones and immune system. Give it a try, be consistent with it in your diet.
This yogurt is well packaged with an extra seal inside. It has five different probiotics and is very dense -definitely worth the money. Also, it is not too sour and tangy. I mix it with other yogurt to cut the sugar and fat if I happen to have that kind of yogurt on hand.
Fage makes the best plain greek yogurt ever!! I even did half mayo and half of this Fage plain nonfat greek yogurt to make tuna fish and it came out so good. Never a tartness, no dryness left in the mouth or sour taste. Nice there's no sugar either. Even my doggie gets some.
I had a patient at my doctor's office recommend this to me. I was using a competitor's yogurt and she said this was the best there was with the best live cultures. I've switched (as has my sister) and I can tell it is having a positive effect on my gut health.
Favorite yogurt. I go between the 0% and 5% fat. THe 0% is nice and light. Great flavor. Mix some granola or honey in there. Any of your favorite fruit, delicious. I also use it in my smoothies for a nice flavor/protein boost.
Great for Breakfast. Love the fact that I can Eat less Sugar and Stay Fuller longer. I am changing my Snacking Habits. Getting smaller is nice. However, I am not a doctor or Dietician.
Truly Greek Yogurt which is good for you. Add fruit for more flavor. All the other yogurts aren't as healthy and are not Greek. Read the ingredients.
I've been ordering this yogurt for a while now. It's on my grocery list. I didn't realize the price went up, not just a little bit. It went up 25%. I won't be buying it there without checking my local stores first. Be careful when you shop from a list of frequently used products The price can go up without you noticing it. There should be a notification when price goes up that much.
I have purchased Fage's plain yogurt exclusively for nearly ten years. I buy the small Cups and a lot of them. Recently I started noticing that the cups seemed smaller. After today's purchase I googled to see if I was correct in my suspicion. My first google hit was Fage had give in to “shrinkflation” from “6 oz to 5.3 oz “and still charging the same price. There is something about someone who tries to deceive me that I just won't tolerate. Today. I have officially purchased my last yogurt or anything else from them.
