Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate, 30g Protein Shake, 11.5 fl oz, 12 Pack

Since I started drinking the fairlife high protein milk products my fingernails have changed from thin and flaky to thick and difficult to break and much more manageable. I don't even have to put fake fingernails on anymore. I can grow my own beautiful nails. I know it has to be helping my bones too. I drink one every day and occasionally part of another one. I've been doing this for over a year and during that time I've seen the change in my nails. I was taking a an expensive Calcium supplement prior to Fairlife but now I just keep those capsules on hand in case I run out of fairlife protein milk. But I try to never run out. That's why I buy it by the cases. I wish Walmart would carry stacks of these in every store, so that everyone could pick up as many cases as they want to or have them delivered to their home from the store without having to wait for them to be shipped. They are so good for a person. With this extra protein my skin tissue heals quicker than it used to. For instance, any type of cut heals much quicker now that I am drinking fairlife high protein milk, much quicker than it used to when I was drinking other types of milk and taking a calcium supplement that did not have protein in it. Also, I don't like the taste of the traditional high protein drinks, they taste like flavored chalk to me, and I've tried several brands and they are all the same chalky taste. But not fairlife, it's real milk and it's sealed and shelf stable for several months and tastes wonderful. Sometimes when I'm wanting a cup of hot cocoa to drink I pour a cup of chocolate fairlife into a cup and set it in my microwave for a few seconds and instantly I have a very smooth rich chocolate drink that I can't buy in a powder. I feel blessed to have found a product that tastes this good and is so incredibly good for me.

I really like them! They are high in protein; low in sugar and taste great. My health care professional recommended them to me years ago. 🙂 Delivery was delayed , but still was quicker than the same thing on Amazon.

My brother recommended this shake and its delicious! 30 Grams of Protein, only 2 Grams of Sugar and loaded with flavor!! Will buy again

This drink is amazing. No bad aftertaste. Taste so much like 100% chocolate milk.

I strongly disliked the taste. Much prefer Atkins or Muscle Milk.
