I recently had a major abdomen surgery. I was advised to use an abdomen binder. I purchased this "all in one" after using the wrap belt (not comfortable). This does everything the wrap belt does, but with comfort. The eye hooks plus the zipper holds everything snuggled. The private area is plenty open so no need to remove the entire garment. Size is correct. Size down to the sizing chart.
