Family Tree Heritage Platinum 15 Mac (Email Delivery)

I think this program is wonderful. I have been working on my family tree and so far have 2500 names on both sides of my family

My friend has this software and has loved learning about her heritage, so I bought it and am so glad. It is easy to use and the searches are free for the largest data base Family Search. I have learned tons about my family and am still working on my tree.

My Grandmother had done our FamilyTree for many many years back - ALL on Paper - I bought this program, so I can start making it electronic. The program has been great so far. The Charts, Reports

I was able to research my ancestors on both sides of my family and discovered a ton of info I never knew. Opened up a whole new world for me.

Easy to use. It was important for my family to learn as much as we could about our heritage and this program provided us with much information.

The program was not what I wanted .I found a free program online that suited my needs. Thank you

Software does not compatible with my Mac OS Mojave. I was try 3 times they give the link to download load and install it same error . Nobody resolve and automate phone volleyball customer service. I need help returning this. The description does not indicate that it?s not compatible with Catalina 10.15. I?d need to wait until they?re done developing the very thing I just paid for. This stinks.

Item didn't state that is was 32 bit product. I bought a product that doesn't work on my computer and never received refund. Also, I couldn't find a 64 bit product that would work.

will Not continue to work on older computers....32 versa 64 Why start a tree if you can't expect to continue?
