I am a trainer and sometimes I need to teach from home over the internet. Instead of relying on the laptop's built-in webcam, I bought one of these. It's a solid little thing. Once you open the box, the webcam is ready to use - just plug it into your PC or Mac and you're ready to go. On top of the monitor, the body of the camera can be tilted to adjust the angle. There is also a mounting screw on the bottom of the base where you can mount a tripod (not provided). In use, image quality is excellent. I used this one-week course in winter, and although I was teaching in a room with varying lighting levels throughout the day, the images were always crisp and clear. The built-in microphone is also surprisingly good, and everyone can hear clearly. For such a small and cheap device, I was amazed at its performance. A very impressive kit.

It's a very good web cam, better than anything I've tested. It's pretty much a great computer camera, arguably with more natural tones without the need for extra lighting. The Brio only really comes alive when paired with an extra light source. It's great when set up right, but how many people actually do it? The camera is equipped with a lens cap, which protects personal privacy well, and can be closed when needed.

I bought this wide angle lens as I use meetings a great deal at the moment, very pleased that the wide angle allows others to be seen in my room with social distance, picture quality is also very good, I would recommend this webcam to anyone who would is in a similar situation to me.

I bought this for work conference calls and struggled with the quality and focused on the laptop's built-in webcam. It really lives up to the consistently positive reviews - I have Windows 10 and, contrary to some of the reviews here, found the installation very easy, upon plugging in the camera, my computer automatically prompted me to install the driver software, and once that was done (5 minutes) the web cam and the microphone appear in my skype options with no problem. The video quality is as good as the sound. Absolutely recommend!

This is the third webcam I've tried and this one is by far the best. Viewing angles are wide, just right for desktop use, mounted on top of a monitor. Image quality is good, and the biggest surprise is that the sound quality is as good as the dedicated mic - very good - crisp and clear. All in all, much better than my high-priced HP laptop. Plug and play, the downloaded software lets you tweak everything - so much fun!

While the WebCam I received is a pretty good one, it is not the one pictured. The one I received is almost identical to this one yet it does not have the privacy cover. That was one of the factors in choosing this WebCam. The one I received does take amazing pictures and video so I guess I'll keep it.
