The service was great! I received the paddle board quickly. The backpack strap broke but when they called me to check on their service, I told them and they sent me a new backpack and also a $20 refund!! Ive used the paddle board three times so far and love it! It inflate and deflated easily and is a good, solid product!
I bought this as an entry level SUP as we are just getting into it. The board is good quality And very easy to inflate. The pump is solid and pumps quickly. I really like the inflate-deflate valve so we don't have to pump all of the air out when we are done. The paddle is junk…feels cheap, needed to be glued back together after about the second use…but it works for the time being. The board is high enough quality to make it worth the purchase, and I plan to buy a replacement paddle when this one breaks or becomes unusable.
These paddle boards are Awesome! Very sturdy %26 heavy duty, yet east to carry when inflated. Best family water fun, big enough for 2, we love it so much we bought both colors.
We have only used it once but it meets all the needs. The size is great, it was easy to use, to put together and put away and we felt like it was stable. We'll have to see how the durability is with time but our first experience with it was good. All the accessories are very useful and handy.
We absolutely love this paddle board, so much so that 2 weeks after purchasing our first, we bought a second one. It's been so much fun taking our young boys out on the lake and has been a great purchase for our family. Highly recommended from this family :)
I wrote up a whole review for the 10' one we bought also, and I should have copied and pasted that! So, we bought 2 of these 8' ones. We liked those so well, that we immediately bought a 10' one as well, because we thought my husband and son could right on the 10' one or my 2 daughters at the same time. We decided we liked using these sitting down and being able to stretch out or lounge on them. We live right by a lake that doesn't allow swimming, but you can use paddleboards. So, this way we can get some water refreshment, while not actually 'swimming'. We have kayaks, but it seemed to boring to kayak on a lake we are so familiar with......but, paddleboarding is a little more interesting, and of course, you are more in contact with water on a hot day.....so, we bought these to make more use of the lake and our kids love using these. I did lose the main large fin on one of these on the first day out. I had clipped it in, but it still came out. There is a lot of seaweed and waterlilies, or maybe I put pressure on it, when I stood on it in a shallow area and fell off? Not sure. I wrote the company right away and they said that it isn't normally covered in the warranty, but thanked me for my continued support, since I had just ordered a 10' one as well, and sent me a new fin right away. The 10' ones are quite long! Didn't seem really wider.....more just longer. So, I think that perhaps we could have just gotten another 8' one.....but now we have both. If you want to use it sitting down, then you might prefer a kayak paddle. These really skim quickly and easily across the surface of the water.
This board is a nice board for an extra board for occasional use when I have company visiting. The board is lightweight which makes it very portable an easy for most anyone to carry. I am fairly experienced at using an ISUP and find my heavier ISUP to be much more stable and substantial for enjoying in the Gulf. It works, easy to inflate, and the price was right.
Well, the price was right. I was looking for a spare SUP and this fit the bill. A couple of issues: I ordered the Orange SUP and received the blue SUP. The company apologized but I did not want to exchange it because it would be a hassle. The carrying case straps were all frayed but the company is sending another one.
Inspect, or better yet, test your products after purchase before you go on trips. Second board I ordered from WalMart and this one arrived quickly. Never inspected it. The small fins, you need to attach prior to inflation. The main fin you can slide after, which in my case, I did. It went in but I noticed a crack, and after 2 days of use, it fell off. Glad that its such a massive board, or it would have been impossible to use unless you have a kayak paddle
I loved this board, but it only lasted 2 months. It burst at the seam after a lovely afternoon on the river this past week. I don't think it is repairable. In addition they didn't include the ankle strap in the shipment, and when I requested one, they needed a photo of it?:-/
