THIS MACHINE WAS A BLESSING OF GOD. Assembling the machine was absolutely easy. the manual says it took two people, but my 4 year old daughter held the part of the screen while I put in the screws at the base. The assembly took about 10 minutes. Very easy. The manual is easy and simple to read. I really like it. my experience with the treadmills were in the physical therapy, there were two huge treadmills for exercising. I have to buy one because I have protrusions on my lumbar zone and doctor think that also arthritis. doctor says I have to walk every day 45min as minimum. This treadmill feels powerful and very good. It fill all my expectations because I want a strong treadmill for a long live and not too much money. The handles allow you to make the modification to your exercise, useful and confortable because it has big space for the tablet and bottles. Although the weight of the machine is around 68 kg, I can drag it by myself and I am weak, that was great for me. The manual also explain the maintance you can do to the machine. it came with a special silicone for the belt, useful. When it folds it took minimum space. The running belt is just the right size, conftable. I LIKE THE HORSEPOWER 3,5., THE INCLINATION AND IT CAN SUPPORT 300 POUNDS THAT WAS THE REASONS WE BOUGH IT. I had an issue with the machine and the customer service was great, responding immediately and offering me the best options, I really felt support. THANKS TO GOD and FAMISTAR

This treadmill is ideal for home use or if you need a spacesaver since the running belt is only 17x48 inches. You get the basics on this; no bluetooth, no fan. With a speaker though that works with a 3.5mm jack phone. Iphones without this will not work. My wife and I have been using this treadmill for a week now, she complains of the speed slowing down from 6kph to 3kph. On my experience, mine is working perfectly. This treadmill is a bit sloped by 3-5 degrees. I experience the belt would feel slippery occasionally, I fixed this issue I just need to tighten the belt. One thing also, this treadmill is heavy. I lifted this from our front door to the bedroom with the help of my wife. The packaging is good and Fedex took care of the delivery. I pity the delivery man bcos it was too heavy.

This treadmill is narrower than the regular one I use at gym. Its belt is 18'' wide. But my home is small, so its dimension fits my living room very well. It has all the functions I use in a regular gym treadmill. I am very happy to find such an affordable treadmill with all necessary feature.

DELIVERY WAS ON TIME .VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. THIS MODEL IS 6 INCHES SMALLER THAN MOST TREADMILLS AND 1 INCH NARROWER. MY WIFE IS ONLY 5'2" SO IT IS OK.

I dislike that UPS drop off my package flipping the box all the way to my porch I had to come out to tell him not to do that cause it will damage my purchase he said no it won't I open the box and one of the rails was bend in damage.

If you buy this you risk not getting your money back if it's a faulty or item is damaged in shipping. Customer service is lacking. They will try to make you fix their own item for you. And make it a hassle for a return because only contact them through email, which takes a few days for them to respond.

Don’t get scammed by the good reviews. I wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible, called the customer service the day I received my treadmill. As both the arms(uprights) on steel frame were damaged. Cannot fix the console. I was told to email them with details of my order and a picture. I had even purchased the insurance coverage for and issues caused in future. Ended up wasting money and it’s been 20days, haven’t had any luck to get a fix or update on my emails and calls.

When we opened it to assemble treadmill few of the parts were missing and bent and so we try to contact the seller through emails and by Walmart customer service and they should have got back to me in 48 hrs. It's been more than a week and no reply or emails from them! This is ridiculous because Walmart is not taking our returns they said we can only return it through the seller! Never ever purchasing from this people or Walmart!

This company is absolute trash and very unprofessional . The treadmill came in damaged and refused over and over again to replace it or refund me. They just keep repeating the same email back. I'm disputing it with my credit card company.
