I was waiting to write a review so I can have a few rides completed. I honestly can say the bike is very study and surprisingly quiet especially for the price. You will not regret the purchase.

Love it!!! Don't really like going to the gym and my fiancé really needs to exercise soo . . . !! I gave him an early Christmas present!

I have only had it a coupla weeks..right out the box it seems fine..well made...just what I wanted..so far...most things when new work well and are usually ok. Its hard to give a complete review when I havent had it very long..ask me again after six months or a year when it really counts..as I said so far so good!..

I liked the bike itself. The handlebars sits far from the seat but Im short 5ft 4 inches. The metal stand was bent but my husband has tools so he could bend it back to where the metal could be attached to the stand.

I had to order pedal extensions. The arms on the pedals go straight down creating an uncomfortable strain on the knees. I will also need to remove the shoe cups. Apparently, this bike was designed for someone with smaller feet. The plus side is it's stable. Easy to assemble.

IT's a good bike. The seat is fairly small and the pedals fell out. It did not bring enough screws.

I am totally disappointed. The order was delayed for 2 days and when i received the item, i couldn't use it. The left foot pedal does not fit into the mainframe. I tried many times with my bare hands, even with the use of open-end wrench. It consumed 30 minutes of my time trying to figure it out to fit it in. Thus, I called the customer service on the same date and informed them about the issue. They told me to e-mail [email protected] about what happened. So i sent an e-mail with the description and sent them a photos. I did not receive any response from them. It frustrates me because i received the item delayed and little did i know i couldn't use it. I bought the stationary bike supposedly part of my rehab exercises since i got an Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury (ACL) and underwent an operation couple of months ago. I am really disappointed, feeling hopeless. I was left hanging.

the main frame of the bike was bent and i cannot finish putting the bike together. contacted the company but have had no response on how to fix this issue
