The product
was great at first but a bolt on it loosened up %26 couldn't be tighten so the cable with the phone would fall down.

Misleading advertising!
I bought this believing that I would be getting a clip that has a wire connected to it to hold my phone like the picture says but that is not what I received. I instead got sent something called a necklace phone holder that does not have a clip and does not bend well. The box I got has a picture of both products but I feel like this is a very misleading product!

Flimsy, don't waste your time.
The cable is so stiff you can hardly bend it, however, both the clamps are so flimsy they don't hold on to your counter or your phone.
