Fannie May, Premium Milk Chocolate Candy, Mint Meltaways, 4.2 oz Bag

My best friend loves, loves, and loves these!

We grew up on Fannie Mae chocolate and it's su great to be able to find it locally.

I absolutely am a fan of Fannie Mae Mint Meltaways and I am ecstatic they have it in a convenient pouch with each of the brown and green mints individually wrapped. I was delighted to find these taste identical to the ones you buy in box form. It's convenient snack package is perfect to buy in the candy aisle and hopefully available in every store. I have a preference for the green ones and hope they consider making a bag of just the green. Don't get me wrong, I still love the brown chocolate mint! It is the same size piece of chocolate that you would buy in the box. It's so easy to grab a couple and throw them in a lunch, purse and into my mouth. I will be buying these and fighting over them with my daughter.

I remember 1st trying Fannie May's Meltaways back in the 90's at the mall and fell in love. This package, individually wrapped variety did not disappoint either! The flavor was smooth and cool with a nice hint of mint that literally melts away in your mouth. Still a classic after all these years!

Fannie May Mint Meltaways are absolutely delicious. The outside layer of each piece is covered in milk chocolate or a minty green coating and when you take a bite it reveals a creamy mint chocolate center that is smooth and just seems to melt away in your mouth. I found it very hard to put the bag down once I started eating them…that's just how good they are. I would definitely recommend Fannie May Mint Meltaways to others.

I consume very little sugar and have a toddler running around now. I have been keeping mine in the freezer (10/10 recommend btw) and in the afternoons, when I start feeling a little sluggish, I grab one and I swear it's been helping me get through the rest of the day! Thank you so so much!

The candies are individually wrapped, which is nice, especially if you like to take them on the go with you. There are 14 in a bag, which is resealable. You have to really like mint to purchase these. The green ones have a strong mint flavor. The chocolate flavor is hard to detect, especially if you chew them versus let them melt in your mouth. You will have the mint flavor in your mouth for quite some time after eating one. I prefer the chocolate one as the mint flavor is milder. You will still have a mint after taste for a while. They have a creamy texture. I would prefer the fat and carbs. to be lower.

I like this product. It has a delicious chocolate flavor with a touch of mint, that's not too strong. I love that they come individually packaged in the bag, so that I can grab some and throw them in my bag. I gave 4 stars because with the name “meltaways”, I wasn't expecting the chocolate in the center to be as hard as it was. It does soften as you eat it, but I wouldn't say it melts.

Not as good a quality as I remember. Not as fresh. Especially with the high price.

I did not care for the meltaways with pastel coasting at all.the regular milk chocolate ones tasted good, but they didn't melt away like I thought they would.They are kind of hard in the center if you wanted to chew them. The mint could have been a little stronger and they did have a weird after taste.
