I am 5' 4", 140lbs. I am Large on top, medium bottom. I bought this for spring break to go over my swimsuit when bicycling to and from beach. I LOVE it! It is so cute and fits me well. My only request is that the manufacturer re-invent the closure. The only way to keep the straps up is to 'knot' them after pushing them through a hole in the top of the front. (weird, and kind of a pain) Otherwise, great purchase.
