FAO Schwarz Roller Coaster Build Set-736 Piece

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is somewhat confusing at the beginning but with patience and attention to details it's becoming very satisfying to get it done! It took my daughter about 3 days to assemble this roller coaster. Super fun and enjoyable set. The coolest feature was to be able customize the track. Very detailed and creative work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the Fao Schwarz stem toy coaster isn't just a toy but educational too! My son(9) was able to follow the instructions by himself and had no difficulties figuring out how to make a working coaster. The coaster cars are adorable. He has been testing different versions to see if he can now make his own coaster that will work too. This keeps him busy for hours. I really love that the whole time he is playing, he is also learning without realizing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids recently got the FAO Schwarz build a coaster set, and let me tell you, this thing is so neat, we enjoyed the time spent putting it together and really enjoyed playing with it and making it do different things. My kids really like it and seem to have a ball playing with it. It is a great product and if you are looking for a way to spend some time with your kids, this is it. Also, it would be great to use in a classroom for Stem. I really the CAO Schwarz products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was very fun but the one thing I can say is it was a lot of pieces especially if you have a younger child. In the 8 year old range, my 14 year old. Had some trouble building stuff, I would definitely say that the steps were good. But it's not a loan project. It definitely requires parents help still very, very cool. And it was a lot of fun just took longer than expected and I was kind of hoping that it would give him a project to last for a little bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first my children and I were really excited to build this roller coaster….but we quickly realized how many parts it and space it needed to build. We gave up not even half way….but we think it's a good concept. I just needed more patience and extra space to build it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is aged for 8 and up. My 8 year old took one look at the directions and quickly gave up. The set is entirely too complicated for an 8 year old. The pieces are small and hard to handle, even with my small hands. I would say we are about 80% done, but we just do not have time to spend more countless hours to complete it.

The pieces kept popping out of the connectors and would constantly disconnect as you connected one to fix it. I even got help to make sure it wasn't just me messing it up and it wasn't. Too difficult and flimsy to do anything.
