Farberware 13-Piece Easy Clean Pro Nonstick Pots and Pans Set/Cookware Set, Black

Just purchased these pots and they are much better than the last Farberware pots I purchased. We have a gas stove and my previous Farberware set would slide too easily across the burner grates - very unsafe. This new set is safer and does not slide across the grates. Cleaning them is easy. They cook well!

Nice starter set. As long as you take care of this set, it should last a good long while. Do not let them sit in water. Do not use metal utensils. Do not use nonstick spray while cooking over high heat.

Excellent cookware set, well made, the ceramic nonstick coating holds up much better than my copper chef pans.

Gave these to my grandson who was moving into his own apartment and starting from scratch. He loves them and often tells me how much use he is getting from them.

Good value for the money! Cleans up easily with mild dish soap, hand wash and dry. Lightweight pieces provide quick, even heat while cooking. Cookware set includes everything needed for basic use plus utensils! Product quality seems equivalent to price paid.

The frying pan have stuck on several occasions cooking eggs. The sauce pan has had some product stick during cooking. It appears that unless there is butter or some oil involved they stick. We have washed in dishwasher a couple of times, we mostly hand wash.

nice set for the price, lighter aluminum, copper bottom requires initial cleaning of baking soda and hot water to remove shipping coating? that's what the directions said anyway also not recommended for dishwasher. Most cheaper non stick sets last 4 years then i replace them. Go with more expensive heavier stainless if you want toughness and longevity.

i bought these in a copper color about a year ago. i always use plastic spatulas for these pots and pans. everything sticks to them now. then today i decided to make potato and egg tacos. as my potatoes were cooking , i hear a loud pop! the lid somehow popped and broke. i am very disappointed because they worked great in the beginning.

The problem is the lid shatters. One time, it was just setting in the sink, no water or anything, I hear this pop and crack sound. So, I just keep cleaning, however, when I walked passed the sink I seen the large lid shattered. I could not believe this was possible. However, the smaller ones did the same thing just setting by the stove. The lids are a hazards. Anyway, I am amazed that a company have a defect like this.
