I've had this up and running in my garage about 2 weeks now. i haven't had any issues with it. it was a lot cheaper than what i would've paid for something similar at Lowes. Only difference is you could pay extra to have Lowes unbox it and set it up for you.
I originally bought it because it's an upright freezer but I can also convert it into a fridge because it has two settings. "Love it".
We bought this for our apartment. It didn't take up a lot of room. We can stock frozen items for the two of us. It works great. Recommend!
watch out for shipping delays. product is great.
Pilot, a part of maersk, delivered. Came from Tennessee to ST. Louis, then to my home in Hannibal. Outside box showed damage, and freezer did have dent in door, but shouldn't affect operation any, and not worth the hassle to get another one. Took and saved pictures of damage. And who really knows where it occurred. So far it is working, and if anything changes, I will amend this review.

An explanation of how the MODE button works (rotates through the setting choices) would prevent new owners from forcefully pressing on buttons LoL.
Item was delivered damaged. Purchased new and unused during Black Friday. Customer service wants to take it back and refund my money, but not offer a replacement at the same price. Basically, take the damaged goods and like it or buy this item at full price. It would be fine if they marked their Black Friday deals as scratch and dent, but they don't. They sell them as new. Fraud.
Freezer didn't cool after installation. Walmart demanded the freezer to be packed on its original package to schedule a pick-up for a refund. Please bear this in mind when buying appliances from Walmart. Also there was not a single call from the freight company to schedule the delivery, when they finally showed up days after the original estimated delivery time we were not at home and they just left the freezer at our door. In summary - consider these things before buying appliances at Walmart, I had a terrible experience.
Watched them throw it out of the moving truck (2 feet from the ground) I brought it inside prayinggg it wasn't damaged but of course it was. The freezer was out of stock so I couldn't order another even if I wanted to.
