i love the glass shelves. i like having the temperature gage being on thr door. The shelves on the door seems flimsey. i dont think they would hold a lot. i would definitity recommed thix to freezer.

Perfect for bulk frozen food and drink! The highest temperature on freezer mode is 7°F so beware putting dairy containing cocktails after opening as they will freeze. Otherwise probably the best freezer I've owned.

i love the capacity! i love that i can choose the temps. what i have issues with is why the temp is constantly changing though i havent opened it. i also rhink the directions on how to change temps could be clearer cause it looks straight forward but sometimes the twmps dont move so I am not doing so.ething right. And lastly delivery was a nightmare as afteringying 50 bucks shipping it was delivered to the main office of my apartment and not my apt bldg let alone my second floor apt after several hours on the phone back and forth between walmart cx and the shipping company (pilot/Maersk) i had my neighbor move it and paid his business and walmart reimbursed shipping plus the money i paid ro have it delivered.

love the freezer but the shipping was the problem and it was damaged upon receipt with a hole in it on the side. before the driver leaves you might want to inspect the actual freezer not the box

I will never purchase another large product from Walmart ever again. This product came damaged and everyone refuses to do anything about it. How are we supposed to return a large upright freezer?? Such an inconvenience when they literally could've have sent a replacement door or given us a refund or some type of discount.

The delivery company delivered the freezer at 6 o'clock in the morning and when I found out it was delivered, it was at 11:30 AM via text from Walmart. Walmart has told me because the freezer was signed for by the company that delivered it. They won't give me my money back. Their policy is anyone can sign and that's legal to them.

the reason why i scored so low us because item arrived at my house damage to the door bug dent. product still works no issues besides the big dent. called 1800walmart only to get told the only option is to do a refund and send it back. well once product arrived i went and had my wife go tp butcher shop to get the half cow we ordered to put in freezer while me and my son in law get it moved inside to find when unboxing it a massive dent in door. not asking fpr a full refund but give me something off. 600 dollars fpr a damaged door on a freezer jist domt sit ok with me
