I was skeptical about this freezer because there were not many reviews but we took a chance and I dont regret it at all. The amount of room in this freezer is awesome and it was easy to set up and get going. We swaped the door direction and it was decently easy to do as long as you read the directions. The company that delivered the freezer was also good, no complaints there either. If your looking for a large freezer at a decent price I would definitely recommend.

can be used as fridge or freezer good news but i am only using the freezer option. this product not only holds a great amount, it is visually pretty, quite and efficient. THE PRICE WAS GREAT ALSO.

one shelf was broken upon arrival but the only option was to ship this entire freezer back. walmart said they would give me a small credit about $80, for not returning it but i have not seen it yet. the freezer is large and so far works great and has a ton of space

After 30 days: Pros: Temp has been pegged where we put it, 35, checked by other thermometers. Metal front and sides so if you like magnets go to town. Cons: Wal mart web page claims it's 68" tall. It is actually 75" from door hinge to floor. You'll need a 76" opening at least. All door shelves are narrow and even salad dressing bottles require a twisting motion to finagle them in or out. No height options. Few main shelf height options. To get one tall shelf, like to reach to the back to lift a wine bottle out over the front food, you have to forfeit a shelf because raising the upper shelf a notch and lowering the lower shelf is not enough. Each shelf has either one or NO height options. Aggravating. Only one light at the top. The bottom two/thirds also needs to be lit. Maybe moreso than the top. We'd buy it again for this price since the temp setting is important to us.

loved the sleek look and the temperature display. i don not love the glass shelves. its sold as a freezer and the shelves cant hold much weight before bending. For light items it works but i wouldn't want to put a turkey plus some other protein on the same shelf.

As I mentioned, one of the shelves was busted on arrival. When I contacted Walmart's customer service chat bot I was told that the shelf could not simply be replaced, but that I would have to pay freight to return the whole freezer and start all over again! VERY FRUSTRATING!

While the freezer itself is what I wanted, it will not work. The motor does not run after more than 20 hours! Customer service is a joke! They will not answer the phone or return your call!

This freezer keeps losing power and ruining all my food. It has happened 5 times now. I even had 2 electricians come out to see if it was the wiring in the walls. Anytime I call to get it fixed, I get the run around, and no one will help. Just tell me it's under warranty and can be taken care of, but no one shows up to fix it. I have spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get this taken care of. No resolution as of yet.

we plugged it in and out won't stop beeping. called the company and they don't fix it but will give a refund with a picture of the receipt and pictures of the power plug being cut. I really like this freezer for all the shelves and features it had but it doesn't work. freezes some things but not others. wouldn't recommend. very disappointed.

Loved the look In delivering this unit , mine was damaged top right corner and bottom left side corner. It had been dropped. I had to refuse my brand new Freezer. Never got to plug mine up!
