My first pair of these particular kitchen shears is getting loose after 20 years, so I bought a back up pair. I use them everyday. They are fantastic.

Scissors
Had bought a knife set and this kind of scissors came with it lost the scissors so glad that I was able to find one just like it. Great for cutting just about anything.

Good kitchen scissors
Great kitchen shears. They are great for cutting veggies and other kitchen packages. Be careful cutting hard stems with them though.

I have a Faberware cutlery set for many years The shear handle broke and wanted to replace it with the same brand. Farberware makes very good products.
