Got this for my wife for Christmas to replace a 50+ year old of the same brand, that's already gone to the trash.

I have used twice already, easy cleanup, not too heavy. Glad I purchased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome sized pan a built well. Strongly built and non-stick, this will give it a long life at my house. My wife is excited to cook poultry on it, but it has been too hot 90-105 degrees and we haven't been too excited to use oven that long to cook whole birds. It is a great pan.

It holds the meat up high and allows the juices to drip down. I found it easy to maneuver, use, and cook with. Clean up is a breeze due to the non stick coating. I tend to get burnt stuff on the bottoms of my roaster and so far have been able to clean these spots easily. Tough, durable, easy to use in a kitchen! Easy clean up! I recommend this for anyone using a roaster!

I got it for cooking ham and turkey for the holidays but it's perfect for so much more. I've been able to roast my veggies and everything with it. We found the U-rack helped a lot keeping the grease away too. I cant wait to try it this winter for holiday cooking, it will come in handy and clean up is a breeze.

I can cook a whole turkey in this pan and the rack will allow for the juices to go to the bottom. The pan is very sturdy and nonstick. I am very excited to cook with it for the holidays to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have only used this to roast veggies as I haven't really been in the market to roast a whole chicken or turkey. The veggies turned out great though because the rack allows them to cook on the bottom without sitting in liquid. Really recommend!
