Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 3-Quart Stack and Steam Saucepot and Steamer Insert

I love this steamer. It's large enough to steam lots veggies and Chinese dumplings. I can place a Pyrex dish in the steamer and steam halibut with ginger. I have the Classic series. Very easy to clean. Some of my pans are more than 15 yrs old and still wash and look shiny as new.

I ordered a month ago, shipping was quick. The first one arrived with a shattered lid, I contacted customer service about a new lid and a few days later I received a whole new steamer. Couldn't be happier. Love the product and more important, loved the customer service.

I had my first one for almost 15 years and it probably would have lasted forever had I not steamed my broccoli without water! This is one of the best pots I own. So, of course, I bought the same item to replace it!

Bought this about a month ago and I love it! Cleans easily. Steams beautifully. Can't say enough good things about it. Was using one of those fold up metal steamers that fit inside a pot. This is so much easier.

Superb quality and finish. I like that the basket is a bit deeper than most.

The 3 quart is the perfect size for me to cook with, as no one in my house likes to eat the same as me, as I like to use the steamer part. Has held up perfect threw several uses. Easy to wash and great to store. Love it and it's super good quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have often used a little steamer insert into our regular little pots, which is really frustrating when you have a lot of veggies to steam for a meal. This pot is the perfect size for a good steamed side for a family of 4, at least, and steamed them perfectly. The pot feels well made, as does the lid. I'm not a huge fan of the plastic handles, but they are fine. I do wish the handles were silicone coated instead of plastic, just to make sure that 1) they don't melt, and 2) they don't get too hot to handle.

I love that the steamer insert can be removed so that you can just use it as a little saucepot. Also love that I can cook some pasta for myself and steam some veggies on top all at the same time.
