Farberware Classic Traditions 12.5 Inch Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan, Induction Compatible, Metal Utensil Safe, Dishwasher Safe, Stainless Steel

I live full-time in my RV in the state of Florida. I don't like using gas to cook during the summer months( too much heat) so I use a portable induction cooktop and this is ideal for it. Large enough to cook bacon strips, fish, pancakes or chicken. I will say there is some weight to this fry-pan, it's not a lightweight. I've not tried using gas with it as of yet but is perfect for induction type cooking. Super easy to clean too!

We're replacing all our old pans with ceramic for health reasons. This is a wonderful pan!! It's bigger than the average 12' pan (it's 12.5) and has deep sides, The stainless steel bottom plate conducts heat really well, so the pan heats really evenly. The ceramic is wonderful to sauté with! Non stick to the point of slippery. A pleasure to cook with. Not heavy. I hope the ceramic non stick ages well. Remains to be seen. Highly recommend.

This frying pan is really non stick. Easy to clean - just put some water and let it sit, no need for scrubbing. I love that it is ceramic over stainless steel, which makes it a safer option for my family. I have been using it for a week now, so cannot tell how durable it is, but so far so good

Recently Purchased the 12.5 Inch SS Ceramic frying pan. We had purchased two 10" Ceramic Pans a few months ago and love the excellent quality and usefulness. Wonderfully effective cooking surface and amazingly easy to clean up. We saw the 12.5 inch pan available in a recent email ad and had to get it. We feel safer with the No PFAs Ceramic surface. Not sure what some of the negative reviews on here are going on about, this pan IS nonstick! Couldn't be more pleased with the quality and affordability. Buy without hesitation. Two thumbs up!

I bought this for one of my daughters for Christmas. She wants a large nonstick skillet and this one is made out of heavy duty stainless steel and the nonstick finish to it looks great.

I'm sure it would be great, if they didn't ship it in just a thin bag. It was dented and the handle was barely attached lol. I don't know why they didn't send it in a box.
