Customer Insights: Rated 3.9/5 from 100 reviews.
I looked at the dozens of other compact countertop dishwashers on the market (including the less than positive reviews of the windowed version) and this one (without the fancy see-through window) costs about $100 less than it's windowed counterpart, doesn't need any hook-ups (my sprayer faucet couldn't take a hook-up) and I drain it into a bucket. I no longer dread doing the dishes. Fits perfectly under my upper kitchen cabinets and lives a quiet life in the corner until needed. I've done at least 10 loads of dishes so far and no problems. Just clean dishes. I live alone but cook a lot, so generate plenty of things that need a thorough washing. This does a great job every time.
Love this. It cleans dishes very well. And it is sooo quiet. It takes a long time to clean the dishes though but I do t mind because you can set it and forget it. It takes some time to figure out how to use it because the directions are so bad. Here's what you do.. Select the power button. Select the P button to choose what mode you want, the light will start flashing. This is where you start adding water. Add water until you hear a series of beeps. The light will still flash on the mode until it's done. The light will flicker from rinse, heavy, and normal once it's done. Then you have to select the power button to turn it off. It doesn't turn off by itself.
I really love this dishwasher. I think it's very convenient for people with no dishwasher and for those that have trouble bending down to load and unload the dishes. Surprisingly spacious inside too.
Amazing washing machine. Better than any full size I have ever used. 100% satisfied. Always buy the warranty. Never know when you might need it. No more dirty dishes to look at, just this very cool, futuristic looking piece of machinery.
This is such a useful product, especially if you're in a small apartment. Setup is easy and the size is just right to be compact, but still able to fit dishes.
If you don't have a dishwasher, you NEED this product. I feel so much more confident that my silverware is clean using this as opposed to just hand washing.
This little guy is a game-changer. I live in a 450 sq ft studio with very limited counter space in the kitchen and, of course, no dishwasher. Living in lockdown, I cook all my meals at home, and I'm losing my mind doing a mountain of dishes by hand every day (my least favorite chore!). I don't have enough room to keep it out all the time, so I figured maybe once or twice a week, I'd pull it out to do a load of dishes. I have used this literally every single day since it arrived. It takes just a few minutes to take it out of the closet, set it up, and get it running. It runs while I sleep (remember, I'm in a studio. The sound isn't disruptive), and I wake up to clean dishes! I unload and pop it back into the closet first thing in the morning. Other things I love: -Setting it up is easy. You don't have to fiddle with hooking it up to the faucet or anything. Just pour the hot water in there, and the lil guy will beep at you when it's at the right water level. Then just plug it into a power source, and you're ready to go. -Doesn't require a lot of detergent or water to get stuff clean. -If you load it properly, cleans just as well as a full-size washer. A few things to keep in mind: -I had some trial and error with how to load it correctly. The first couple times, I really stacked the dishes in there and the ones on top didn't get clean. You have to make sure that the sprayer on the bottom can reach all the dishes, so while you could theoretically pile a bunch more dishes in there, you shouldn't since they won't all get clean. -Because of this, I'm able to get about a day's worth of dishes in there. -While I do move it every day, it is a little heavy. To me, it's worth it, but for other people, it might not be.
I'm really enjoying this dishwasher. It's small and I run it everyday. It is meant to stay on the counter - not something you would only place on the counter when you are running it. Although it can be moved when needed. It washes the dishes really well. It does run for a LONG time. I've only ran it on normal and it takes about 3 hours. The think I really don't like about it is that I have to turn it off after it finishes; it does not shut off on it's own. This makes it difficult to run everyday when you need so much time to run it. I wish they had made it to shut off on it's own.
I think some of the disparity of reviews for this dishwasher stem from the fact that the product is good but the instructions blow chunks. So you have to take some time to figure the product out. It has all these lights and beeps but you'll have no idea what they mean because the instruction booklet doesn't say anything about them. So, over a few days, I decoded the language of this little dishwasher, and now we get along fine. When you choose a "mode", it flashes. That means it needs water. When it hits the correct amount, it will do a series of short beeps, but it will STILL FLASH. The language of this dishwasher is like Chinese; the same syllable, in different context, can mean a different thing. Anyway, after I learned its dialect, I discovered it is a dependable little product. Now I know what dishes to load and how, and I get about 5 cubic feet more of dishes done a day. When you're in a summer vacation house, that is about one hours worth of labor saved per day. Pros: it works, it is dependable Cons: Instructions are useless and were written by someone with only a passing familiarity with both English and the product
The only good thngs about this is the width and you don't have to hook it up to the sink, you use a pitcher and fill the washer with that to 5 liters. That said, the most I can fit in this is 4 bowls, 3 glasses and 10 pieces of silverware. They're is no "rapid" cycle like it claims. There's a rinse, normal and heavy. There's a baby care cycle which is useless to me. So, the normal cycle takes 155 minutes. Yes, 1.5 hrs! So it take almost 5hrs to wash dishes from a dinner for 3. It's supposedly an Energy Star appliance but with having to do so many loads that take so long, I highly doubt it's only going to cost $17/yr like it claims. Unfortunately, I had no othet options bc I don't want to remove the filter from my faucet every time I do a load of dishes, and I have limited counter space. Also, if you want to use the rinse cycle, which is supposedly 40 minutes, you can't use a pod bc they say it may not fully disintegrate. At a time right now where I can't even get soap or paper towels, I was lucky to score some pods, now I have to go back to the store w my mask on and fight to get some powder or liquid too? I don't recommend this unless you are single and have high cabinets. They have to be at least 18" above counter, but you'll still have to pull it out to put the water in since the hole is on top towards the back. Oh, but the dishes are clean! So, yay!
