When it came, I looked at it and thought, man, that's too big, but turns out it's the perfect size. I was a little wary of buying a non-stock pan because when the surface breaks up, the chemicals can kill you, so I have been using cast iron and stainless steel pans, but you really need a good non-stick pan in your cooking arsenal, and this one is perfect! I might even try making scallops again, which I always mess up. However, don't make a 2-egg omelet; you gotta use at least 3 eggs, or it's way too thin. It is truly non-stick, unlike other pans I've tried.
This is my new favorite pan! The non stick is great. I can make an entire meal in it because its so large. Will purchase more of these in different sizes
Farberware pan is amazing I cook practically everything in that pan. Fry my chicken, hamburgers, steaks , veggies. Even heat , Easy cleaning , I’m a very happy cook! Thanks Faberware !
This pan truly is non- stick. I bought it for fried eggs. They do not stick. The pan is lightweight and heats evenly. I'm impressed, for the price it costs. Everything I've made with it comes out well, I use it on a gas stove. The handle Is comfortable and the pan washes easily.
We like this pan alot. Wasn't sure when ordering, but we are using this for a month now %26 this pan is better than the last few I purchased at Macy's! Right away, you can tell the ceramic %26 handling of the food when we're cooking... what a difference! Price is reasonable, too. Sometimes, we think we pay more, we get better quality. Not so. Definitely would gift this, too.
I love this brand and product! It's a step above the usual Farberware with the extra ceramic coating and color. I'm so happy I made this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.
i really love this pan! its nice looking - love the blue, and its well made - not flimsy and cheap. It heats evenly, and the olive oil stays where you pour it! My bad... I didn't realize the pan was so big!!! I'll buy another smaller one to make meals for one! :)
I bought this frying pan on a whim as I was traveling and needed something to cook my keto breakfast in! I cook mostly in butter and the only part of this pan I didn’t like was it turned my butter brown rather quickly. That being said, if you’re frying eggs or scrambling them, this pan will allow you to do so without anyone oil or butter. I haven’t done any heavy cooking on it like chicken or chops, but it cooks evening when doing steaks and burgers. I’d buy it again for sure.
This is a non typical 12-1/2 inch size pan. One of my favorite feature is how deep the pan is. The nonstick coating seems to work every well initially. However, I’m a little hesitate about how scratch resistant the nonstick layer is. It seems somewhat thin.
I like the ceramic coating on it but I haven't used it for very long so I don't know if it will last. My main concern is that this pan is very thin and lightweight it just feels really cheap, Also if you look at the picture it's not even so when you're trying to cook something the center bubbles up and so things go off to the side of the pan and will not cook evenly. if you look at the other pictures you'll see that the handles are held by big silver bolts? that collect food and are almost impossible to clean. this should be a $15 pan you get from a discount store, and they charge a lot more than it is worth.
