Well worth the money.
I'm really liking this knife set. All the knives are sharp right out of the box. This is one of the few sets that has a big meat lifting fork. Plus, it has a sharpener built in! No more wiping blades on a metal stick.

I bought this knife set 2 months before giving it as a gift. When they opened the box the block you put the knives in is actually an ugly plastic looking orange/tan color! It looks NOTHING like the picture on the outside of the box. They did not even open the box the knives were packed in.They gave it back and said Thanks, but no thanks… It is too late to return it, unfortunately. Just a lot of money lost and I was embarrassed to give something with that funny looking color, especially considering how much it cost. Not sure what to do with it as the orange color does not go with anything in my kitchen, and I don't want it either. Maybe Goodwill will take it….. A lesson learned. Just because something costs $79 and looks pretty on the picture on the box, it can be a lemon and useless…
