Farberware Edgekeeper Classic 3.5-inch Paring Knife with Black Self-Sharpening Sleeve and Handle

The knife was exactly what I had been looking for. It is the right size and fits my had perfectly. I cut up a lot of vegetables and since I have small hands, the usual sized knives do not allow for a smooth cutting action so it slows me down. I am very happy that you offer so many different items for working in the kitchen

Love the feel of the handle and the design. The blade from the package will almost shave hair it's so sharp. The plastic sheath I don't need because I have a knife block holding the knives I actually use in the kitchen, but if you need one it's well made and a good fit. Overall this knife fits that obsolete word 'cheap'....It's price is reasonable and for the quality I'd say a bargain.

I lost my favorite knife, who knows where. I purchased this knife recently and totally love it. I like the idea that it sharpens itself. It peeled my potatoes, carrots, celery fast and easy. Also great for cutting raw and cook meats. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this knife!!

It's a nice little paring knife that has a sharpener on the sheath. I've never seen that before and I think that it's a great idea to keep the knife sharp.

excellent and very safe design for a paring knife. Farberware always has good quality, long lasting products and designs that are very handy for anyone to use. The cover for a paring knife is the best idea. It protects it while not in use. It helps to self sharpen it. And is an especially god size for paring , slicing many items from fruits to vegetables or any other use you may have in mind.

Nice size, easy to handle for cutting many things. Very sharp and sheath that keeps blade sharp is a big plus.

This paring knife has a good feel to it. I like it a lot. I ordered it several times and changed my mind because it's made in China. However, there's not another knife of this size that will do what I need to do and so I ordered it and I love it.

I required a sharp blade with a comfortable handle for food preparation. This paring knife not only met those requirements, but it also was equipped with a fitted blade sharpener!

I WILL NEVER KNOW IF THIS KNIFE IS A GOOD BUY OR A AWESOME KNIFE!!! I never Received it …. TWICE!!!!

Wasn't that sharp. I had 30 yo knives that cut more easily. Aldo said it had to be hand washed
