It's all stovetop compatible, dishwasher safe, and oven safe too! It has a beautiful dual riveted gold handles. Remember to only use low and medium heat as high heat will make it warp.

I love the weight of this pan. I am a senior and not as strong as I used to be. This pan has a decent weight but not overly so that I cant lift it with one hand with some assistance. The one complaint I have is the surface size. 11" at the rim, 10" at the base. Have you ever tried to cook 4 grilled cheese sandwiches on a 10 inch surface?? It was almost impossible to find a square induction griddle pan from a name I am familiar with and trust so I took what I could find. If you ever make a 12 inch square griddle please let me know.

It cooks evenly. pour spout is great for bacon fat. The only con; handle gets pretty hot. Needs like a wooden handle. That would make it perfect. I have another brand with wood handle, never gets hot.

I also liked how much liquid and contents could fit on this pot as some others I currently have are not quite as deep and harder to cook larger quantities. Cleanup was super easy and effortless!

i really liked the pan but dont forget to use a hot pad, the handle gets real hot. not a fan of the the way the handle feels.
