Arrived earlier than expected, no assembly required. It would have been nice if a water bottle was included or a brand/type reccomend. The water bottle I had was the wrong type.

Love this, I really like that is is small enough to set on a counter and not take up floor space. Looks nice and works great. The hot water is hot. And the cold is cold. It only took like 10 min for the hot water to heat up. And about 30 for the cold to get cold. Love the child safety feature on the hot water. Makes cooking a little faster when you have to have hot water to cook with no waiting for it to heat up on the stove. I would recommend this to any one.

It DOES NOT come with a water tank / bottle. However I did purchase one of those too (5 gallon water bottle) and it ALL arrived BEFORE the expected delivery date! As for the machine, it takes a little while to get going once you set everything up (don't wig out and think it doesn't work, it does). Once both compartments inside get full of water and the lights go off, it has nice COLD water, and the HOT water is hot enough to make a hot drink / soup with right out of the spout! This product is so good, I just may order another one for my camper!

Works it is really designed for bottles that you do not take the cap off but peel the label and punctures. Overall it is fine only chills one glass of water though.

The heat and cool storage is small, perhaps 8 oz. This is not adequate. I do not remember seeing a storage size listing. This is OK for one person with small cups or glasses. A normal glass ends up at room temp to drink. This is my only complaint, otherwise the unit is satisfactory.

The cooler is just okay. It serves the purpose of dispensing both hot and cold water. It's shorter than I thought and there is not enough room to fill a tall glass of water. The storage compartment is just that. I want a water dispenser with a mini fridge, but they seem to be all out of stock. If I find one, this cooler will be given donated.

The fridge part doesn't work consistently. Will turn on for a couple of minutes, but, then, it will turn back off.

Water not cool. Compressor running constantly. Need to return.

The water cooler stopped working after 4 months. Talked to seller customer service advised me that they discontinued this model and if I cut the cord and send it to them, they would issue me a refund. I sent it in a month ago and NO REFUND! I can't get anyone to return a phone call or my email since. Now I have no water cooler that I could see about getting fixed and no refund! Very unhappy with this product and the seller!
