I received this product for free in exchange for my fair and honest review. Honestly, when I found out I would be reviewing a set of measuring cups, I was initially unsure of what I could possibly say. I mean, a measuring cup is a measuring cup, right? My expectations were low, and my month was chaotic, as May-with-school-aged-children tends to be, so it took some time for me to really try out this product and develop my thoughts. And I do have thoughts, even beyond the basic, yes it can measure - there are some features that I really appreciate. 1) The first picture shows two aspects that I like - the sides of these oval measuring cups are slightly flared out from the bottom up, which helps them drain more efficiently after washing. In comparison, the blue one in the picture collects drops of water that stay along the inside bottom edge and don't easily drip back out. Additionally, I like how each measuring size is part of the molded plastic on the underside of the cup, which will be nice to refer to in case in happens to scratch off the top some day. 2) The second picture shows the piece that connects the measuring spoons. I particularly like how easy it is to open and close this piece, no complicated rings or hard-to-open bits, making it simple to just grab what you need if you don't want to dirty the whole set. Other things I appreciate - the whole set stacks together nicely, and the oval shape allows it to fit in a narrower space, which seems to work better for my silverware drawer setup. The only negative I've noticed is that the measuring cup size label is starting to get slightly scratched on one of the cups, so I am unsure of the longevity of the labels. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it!

What a sturdy set of measuring spoons and cups! I found the labels to be easy to read as the numbers were larger and had a colored background making finding what I needed a quick process. They come on a plastic loop that easily opens and you can remove only what you need. Keeps them from flopping around in a drawer and could easily be stored on a hook in the cabinet. Solid quality!

This set includes everything you need in your starter kitchen. Accurate, reliable measuring cups and spoons that all nestle together, perfect for small spaces or starter kitchens. For us we'll use them in our RV - a small space with limited storage. Sturdy plastic that doesn't stain.

I absolutely love this combination measuring cup / spoon set from Farberware. The set is well made with the measurements on both front and back of each piece and they are connected with a clip that makes it super easy to grab the cup or spoon you want while keeping the rest together and organized.

It is a good deal for the money. I like the way the stack and dont take up much room. I did read the posts and found that the main complant is that the ink washes off after the first or second wash. When I orded mine I also ordered some clear nail polish. I put in on the ink and have washed them and the ink stays there.

These measuring cups are perfect for everyday use. They are made of good thick plastic material that don't feel fragile or like the handle will break off at any minute! They are easy to clean and easy to scoop/measure out whatever is needed. Used these to make banana bread and the measurements came out perfect. I would recommend these measure cups to anyone that needs an affordable, good quality set!

This is a simple case of getting what you pay for. I ordered this set online without seeing it in person, and based on the Farberware name, I expected something a bit sturdier. Especially with the word professional in the title. Unfortunately, these felt lighter and less durable than I anticipated. I was a little disappointed because we own several other Farberware products that are excellent quality—but those were more expensive, so this seems to be a lower-end option. The set does include all the essential sizes and the nesting design with the storage ring is convenient, but the plastic construction just doesn't feel like it will hold up long-term with heavy use. Overall, they'll work for basic measuring needs, but if you're looking for something more durable, it may be better to shop in person and invest in a higher-quality set.

The measuring cup and spoon set is easy to keep organized with a simple clip that locks everything together. The measurement on each piece is color coded and easy to read. Also, everything is easy to level off (not the case with every measuring spoon brand!). I see these features equating to fewer mistakes and more precise measurements. This set, however, is all plastic—and it feels a little flimsy at that. Personally, I'd prefer to invest a few more dollars for cups and spoons made of metal. For someone who doesn't cook very often or is just getting started, this may be an okay starter kit. A more seasoned cook or baker will likely appreciate something more high end.
