Farberware ceramic knives are amazing! Had 2 for years and decided its time to get more for guests to use. They ARE PURE CERAMIC and just have to realize to be gentle with them. But wow can it cut meat..even frozen meat easy!!! And it doesn't bruise lettuce. Im not sure what food it can't cut to be honest.

Good knife for the money
Very sharp. Looks like an identical blade to a ceramic knife I bought at Harbor Freight some years ago. The handle on that one eventually broke (mostly due to the blade tang not extending through the entire handle). I'm guessing this one is the same, but for the price it is a very usable knife with a comfortable handle.

Faberware ceramic knives.
Already have four of these, but we use these for so many cutting jobs that the four are dirty so fast that I got tired of washing one to keep going so I added three more. Great useful knifes.

Great knife
Very sharp and stays sharp. Doesn't stain even though it's white. Great for slicing apples. I keep one at work for this reason. But I have to hide it because apparently someone else liked it too. I have one at home (also hidden from husband). I use it for all kinds of things. I'd like to have a whole set of these in different sizes.

Sturdy and sharp
Love the knife. The handle is great for gripping and the blade is sharp. I used this knife as soon as I received it and cut an onion and a pepper with no issues at all. The handle is sturdy and comfortable to use and the ceramic blade is built to last.

I took the knife out the package and started using it, and the tip broke in pieces. This knife is dangerous. You can be cutting your vegetables and pieces of knife breaking into it as you cut. I TOOK THIS DAMGEROUS OBJECT AND THE PIECES FROM THE TIP AND THREW IT AWAY. NOW I CAN'T GET A REFUND SINCE IT'S IN THE TRASH. IT IS MY NATURAL INSTINCT TO IMMEDIATELY GET RID OF A PROBLEM, SO NOW THEY GOT ME OUT OF THE MONEY. I AM HAPPY ABOUT ONE THING THOUGH, IT IS THROWN AWAY!
