I got one of these to try for a review thinking I didn't really need it. After all, I've never needed really needed one before. Why take up utensil space getting something whose job can be done by something else? What I didn't realize was how nice these things are? I like to chop my ground meats up very small when cooking them and, sure a spatula can chop just fine, but not like this guy. I didn't have high hopes going into this one, but you will never find my kitchen without one again. It was so easy to use and did the most amazing job chopping up my meat exactly how I like it with zero effort. Honestly, if you think you don't need one, you're wrong. Buy one.
