I was craving breaded cheese balls and gave these a try. I made them in the air fryer, following instructions. I ended up turning the fryer to 400° and cooking longer as I wanted crispy coating. The flavor is good and the quality is there for a grocery store frozen snack. I made seven as a serving and honestly, could make fewer as they are filling.
Sometimes, I wish I had never discovered these because they are so dangerously delicious and addictive. The flavor is fantastic, but the texture is what is addictive for me. Finally, true cheese curds that squeak when I chew them! I only wish the price wasn't so high. The amount in the box is low compared to the price. Due to the price, I only buy them as a treat. If the price were average, I would buy multiples every week. Ugh! Now I wish I had some stocked in my freezer right now!
I hadn't bought Farm Rich frozen snacks in some time. Decided to try some since the price was excellent for a 15oz box. I made them in the air fryer. Followed the box instructions. They came out perfect! Crust was nice %26 the cheese inside just gooey enough. They did not leak out in the air fryer. Excellent taste .. just as good as restaurant curds. They are a good sized curd as well. Great snack!
We love these as a snack in the house. They do up great in an air fryer and are so satisfying for a light snack. They have become a staple in our house. While the price may seem high, they are still cheaper to buy and make yourself than buy at a place like Culver's for instance. Actually, I think these have a better taste than Culver's!
I deep fried these, so I can't say how other cooking methods are, but when deep fried they were actually pretty good! Just about restaurant quality. Maybe a teeny bit bland but I'd still buy them again.
these were great, I was scared about them being cheddar instead of mozzarella but honestly we devoured the box without hesitation or guilt, definitely buying these again
These cheese curds are RIDICULOUSLY good. Barely any difference between these and Culver's, other than the fact that these are a little bigger (which is not a bad thing!) I cannot recommend these enough!
My son was looking everywhere online trying to find cheese curds. I found these and have ordered them several times. They have to taste good for me to take a couple when he makes them 😊 I'll attach a picture when he makes more.
Unless you want a mouthful of garlic, don't buy anything from FARM RICH. It takes a lot to ruin cheese for me but leave it to Farm Rich and they did it with their half pound of garlic per serving. I want buy their potato skins, breaded mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and now, their chedder curds. To eat Farm Rich is to Vomit.
I used to love buying Farm Rich products you'd get a large portion at a reasonable price and they used to be high quality. I don't know if the company got bought out by a big corporation or if someone else took control of the company but all of their products have gone downhill except the prices they've jumped up to the top of the hill. The breading on these was nasty, it doesn't brown up in the oven and not only are the cheese curds salty but the breading is super salty. The cheese curds inside have an OK flavor but that's the best I can say. These things are so salty they made my lips pucker up. I eaten about 7 or 8 of them in a 4 or 5 weeks and I think the rest are destined for the trash bin.
