Farmer John Fresh Pork Tenderloin, 2 Pieces

It's the first time I made a stuffed tenderloin and it was comical trying to butterfly it. The pork turned out great in my convection oven and the meat was tender and I will be buying it again even though it's pricey. The shoppers for in-home delivery have been excellent when picking out all the meat I've purchased.

I like these pork tenderloins because they have a very good flavor and they make delicious meals. I have been purchasing these for quite a few years and I have never had a problem with them. I read a lot of the reviews on here and I'm not understanding how so many people get bad ones. if they were bad you would think somebody that has been buying them for over 10 years would get one that was bad and I have not...

I cut up into different size pieces to make different dish recipes. Wrap it in its different freezer paper and into a plastic freezer bags, freeze the uncooked meat and take out what you need, leaving the rest frozen until you want to cook it. Each time the meat stays fresh and delicious.

These tenderloins are a “great value, “ lol. They really are. Two in a pkg. I like to marinate them for 45 mins or longer in some OJ AND A little “very very teriyaki”, and some red pepper flakes. They're fast and easy to throw on the bbq, OR sear them on a grill pan and throw em in the oven . They're done quickly so keep an eye. Sliced thin against the grain , so tender. Leftovers make great sandwiches, You cannot go wrong with these.

I like that's its a loin (lean) cut can be sliced into portions after roasting, I also put it into a crockpot, remove when done, drain, shredd with two forks, top with bbq sauce and put back into the crock on low to simmer the flavor throughout

Only bad part is it was quoted as one cheaper price but when I received it it was priced higher I biught three and all three was priced higher they saying something about weight adjustment but it was listed as final price I won't buy meat like this again final price id what is listed as final price but that wasn't true I called someone supposedly get in touch but never did

a lot for your dollar cooked well on the crockpot. tender. shred easily. made with sauerkraut and veggies. would buy again. would make great pulled pork.

Portions vary and when chosen by a shopper there is no guarantee you get a larger size vs smaller size. If portions were more consistent in size my rating would improve.

I'm used to pork loin. This little tenderloin thingy can't be used up soon enough. There is a fine line between things being too low fat but acceptable and cardboard. This crosses that line. Zero flavor of any kind.

this item was missing from my last order. but a refund was issued. the refund was appreciated but my inquiries into reasons it became missing was non existing.
