My favorite brand would be Swift be these aren't far behind. I keep several in the freezer. Im not super close to Walmart so I stock up when in the area. I cook on pellet smoke or ceramic kamado. The Kamado ribs I dont wrap or spritz and are absolutely perfect. The pellet grill I put a rack exstension called an upper rack it's about 3 inches tall. It gets the meat away from the radiant heat of the firebox. I still dont wrap them. 1-1/2 hrs at 275 and same rapped in foil then sauce if you like. Not fall off the bone but tender juicy with a nice bite
I don't understand how someone could mess up pork ribs and then complain about the product. These came out tender and flavorful on my Weber grill. Learn how to cook, people.
Very good. Baked at 300 for three hours and broiled with sauce to finish off.
I placed an order for St.Louis ribs and othe products on 4/7/23 to be delivered on 4/8/23 whn my order arrived all the meat was warm room temperature warm i cut open the package of rib right away from the smell and the texture it was slimy disgusting I knew tht they had not been refrigerator the other 2 packages of meat products do not a smell to thm but I will be returning thm asap DO BETTER WALMART!!!
Farmer John was a quality product until sold to Smithfield. Now these ribs are injected with flavor enhancing garbage that affects the natural pork goodness. They are awful now and mess up any rub you are use to using when smoking them. Never again.
farmer johns ribs are way too fatty and greasy...swift...which is the same company ..are better..i dont know why...theres such a difference. and why walmart only sells farmer johns...please switch back...even the pork butts..have the same problem
