[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The apple elite electrolytes was a hit with the horses! We live in a very hot and humid climate, so ensuring the horses stay hydrated is vital! Opening the plastic container was relatively easy, and I really like that the powder is in a bag within it. It's like an extra precaution from unwanted moisture. It comes with a small red scoop and was easy to add to the water close to their grain. It mixed in quick and easy and the smell, oh my goodness, our girl thought it was a new treat! Both horses seem to really enjoy the taste. On the extra hot, high heat index days, we added the electrolyte powder to some mash grain, and they loved it. Ensure that there's plenty of water for them as it does tend to increase their water intake, which is exactly what we want. We will definitely be purchasing this going forward and would absolutely recommend it!

Here in Florida, the summers are brutal, and the electrolyte powder comes at the perfect time. Both of my horses sweat profusely, so I'm constantly concerned about their water intake. With the apple electrolyte powder, I get peace of mind knowing they're being replenished with valuable nutrients lost in sweat. Additionally, this is supposed to help with encouraging them to drink more, so I feel good about that. It comes in an easy supplement form that goes on top of their feed, and both of them ate it very quickly. I've been putting it in their dinner feed for the past few weeks and even in this extreme heat, they seem vibrant, happy, and healthy. I will continue to use this in the harsh summer months!

She loved the taste right away no problems there , the effectiveness in my horse took about 2 days to see the difference. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The farnam apple elite electrolyte seems to work good at replenishing my horses electrolytes after a hot day or a very sweaty workout. The only drawback I found was that only one of my horses (I have 3) would eat it. I tried different ways to get them to eat but they always knew it was there and would refuse to eat. At least one horse is getting the benefits of it.
