The taste of this ginger is better than any dried ginger I have tried. It has a fresh taste, with no GMO ingredients or additives. It's simply ginger. This ginger seems to be a high quality ginger. It has a rich color to it and a very lovely aroma. When you open the container the smell of ginger immediately fills the air. It will be wonderful addition to Asian and Indian cooking. The only negative comment I have is the container flip top lid is a bit difficult to open for me... but I do have arthritis and essential tremors. It may not be difficult for others. Once you flip the lid open you have the options of shaking or spooning the ginger from the container

Very fresh. I use pure ginger and this powder version is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this if you like the flavor of ginger but find pure ginger to be too strong.

Aromatic and flavorful. This will give that great ginger flavor to any recipe calling for it. Very finely ground so it mixes easily.

I tried this Ginger Powder in tea, i like ginger tea as it works well with indigestion, inflammation but overall i just like the flavor. I also sprinkle it in scrambled eggs. Fasori makes a very decent ground Premium Ginger Powder!
