The Vit B6 and B 12 along with caffeine gives me an extra energy boost. It is also low sodium. This has as much caffeine as 2 cups of coffee and is more refreshing. This is a great treat.

I was hoping that this product would be less sweet because it claims zero sugar. Unfortunately it has the fake sugar sweetness often found in sumarle branded "sugar free" drinks. If you don't mind this then the flavor is not bad but too sweet for me to drink a full one.
