This mat worked very well in my bread dome oven when I made my sourdough bread. It's thin but very sturdy. It handled the high heat very well. I would recommend this to anyone. The price is a very good deal for two silicone mats.

This bread sling works beautifully. The bread does not stick at all and you don't have to use parchment paper when using the sling. I use it every time I make bread! Highly suggest

Works great for baking sourdough. Holds up better than the parchment ripping and is reusable. The wash up well and were shipped extremely quickly.
