Got this for my nephew and his wife for their exercise room.. I brought it to their house for their dinner party, handed it off to my brother.. and by the time the snacks were out it was already assembled in their workout space. They were pleasantly surprised. Although we didn't have a bar to test the bench out with, we did dumbells and it felt great on the back, the set is solid. Would recommend.

Should be water and stain repellant, easy to clean and disinfect. I was so glad the material wasn't apolstry stapled like the old style. The hardware is solid and well built, packaged in a shrink wrap so you can see each nut and bolt. I used my personal tools but there is an included pressed thin wrench set. As you unbox each piece, remove the protective plastic and lay it out on the floor, examine the piece to use in identifying it later. lay out the entire frame assembly putting matching pieces together for each side. Then have good lighting, make a soda, turn on a sporting event and don't be overwhelmed, take your time and put together the first section. I loose assemble then tighten everything down. take a break then do the next section. once you get going you'll be fine. Embrace the entire process. I'm 64 and recovering from prostate removal cancer surgery, and I'm implementing this bench into my recovery workout program. I'm 100% cancer free and also had big toe fusion surgery before my cancer surgery, I'm incredibly out of shape and this bench will play a vital role in my toning up. I'm ordering a 45lb weight set which will be plenty for my fitness and weight loss goals. Everything feels good to the touch laying on the bench, it's length should be plenty for even the tall guys. the butterfly feels smooth and balanced, it fits well to my arms. The towers for the press feel solid and collapse will not be an issue for me with this set up. The leg section is easy to put your legs in and smooth action with any chosen weight. All adjustment points work as they should and hassle free. I'm very pleased to accomplish the tasks sets this bench provides with no pullies or cables are refreshing. The color scheme fits well with any decor. Black with Red Strip sewn trim on the padding is sharp and defining. you find several weight sets that match this color combo or get crazy and mix and match. This setup will look good with some workout chill lighting, your matching Bluetooth and fan. I like it and am pleased to recommend it to you. Perfect for the whole family.

Took me about 45 minutes to put together the assembly manual only 5 steps but tiny pictures, I think its a great starter bench but i ordered the wrong bench since this looks to be for 1 inch hole weights on the arms and legs. Also if you are a giant like me it probably doesnt fit your body well. Still for someone shorter or a teen perfect bench setup.

This weight bench was a pain to assemble (one person); it's from China and instructions were not very clear. At several points I had to use my common sense to figure out which nuts and bolts went where. Also, some mistakes were made in several places (typical of my DIY projects). I got it functional and discovered there is no usage manual! Being one who ad-libs when it comes to exercises, I will just figure out what to do with it on my own. I don't have the proper weights to utilize with this equipment, but will try to purchase several. I've tried sitting on the bench and using my collection of pilates bands, and that works fine. Bench seems sturdy enough and capable of usage for a variety of workout routines. I'll look online for ideas. Beware it takes up a large footprint, so best to have a dedicated home "gym" for this item.

The item came in well packed box. The instructions were easy to follow, but assembly was hard due to many reasons. Bolt threads were soft. Bolt head can easily be flattened if the bolt is screwed when it's stuck. If the bold is tightened harder, the frame starts to bend the frame. It is very light and may not hold heavier weight without losing balance.

i hate i buy this its for a small person or a sman teen can only put on a small amout of weights and the leg developer is way to small for me and if you use the curl rest with curl bar bells the bar bell hit the leg developer so yuo have to deasemble the leg developer this is not what i believed to be but its to late now i just wished i had bought a bigger more expensive set

did not get a weight bench in stead they sent me a olive tree big hassle in return the olive tree that was not a weight bench
