What a gem this bench is! It is very comfortable yet sturdy. The detachable resistance bands are a nice feature. There are several slots for the back position. This is a nice addition to our home gym. It folds up fairly compactly for storage as well.
This workout bench has been the perfect addition to our home gym. We are able to do a wide variety of exercises, including abs, back, and arm workouts. The quality is great for the price. It was also easy to assemble and doesn’t take up much space when stored. We absolutely love it!
Very practical, is not heavy so you can carry on and use it everywhere you want. I love it for the practical and you can put it in any little space of your house. Is great for training at home. 8 positions changing for me and my husband. Is perfect!

Easily foldable and adjustable for workouts. The folding allows you to hide it away by putting it under a bed, in a closet or even just folded up and left to lean up against a wall so it's not taking up space.

Oh, wow this is nice foldable great size i am happy with it.
A welcome addition to our home gym. The bench was well packed and the assembly is a breeze, took me just 10 minutes. There are just a very few screws and foam pieces to attach and you are ready to go. This is not a professional gym quality bench but we feel it does not pretend to be that either. It is, with its easy assembly and sturdiness (up to 600 lbs!), aimed at a home user and is in our opinion perfect for that. The included good quality resistance straps are an added bonus and make this bench rather versatile. It also folds easily for starage when needed. We like it quite a bit and recommend it for home gym use.
Work out bench is overall of fair quality for the price. I had hoped the base would have been more stable.
