Fat Burning: Dance Mix

This video is a fun way to workout, especially if you like to dance. At first it's hard to follow but you soon get the hang of it!!!

This workout DVD is great. It really works your muscles. I've only had it for 2 - 3 weeks and I've already lost some inches off my waistline. I use it everyday and would highly recommend this product. The routines are lots of fun.

I thought this dvd was fun, but it wasn't as challenging as I would've liked it. This workout is good for those days you need a little fun and don't want to work as hard for it.

This Denise Austin fat burning dance mix DVD offers latin groove, jazz and pop, club funk and ballet sculpt. The first three dance mixes are a good workout. One can always alter the dance workout by half timing the dance combo steps, and your physical boundaries. Now the ballet sculpt has some ballet exercises, plie's, rondejam, leg lifts but at the end Austin does yoga type movements and stretches and floor work that some people may not prefer. As always, can always alter to your own capabilities.

I actually expected it to be fun. Its a little fun I guess. I use to breakdance and I grew up listening to salsa so I know how to dance. This was more excersizing then dancing.

It was ok , but wasn't the beat I was looking for.

Hate it!!! There's nothing that I would call dancing. Just a lot of marching and walking side to side. The music is awful - nothing I would want to dance to. You'd be better off turning on some dance music on the radio and jumping around. At least you might hear some good music.
