Quality
I've never purchased a Fat Daddio's product before but I've heard they are commercial quality and after trying this product I agree. My tart crust was perfect and I love how easily it released from the pan.

Sweet tart pan.
Exactly what I wanted for an onion tart but will work for other recipes too. Nice and sturdy, slip the edge off to crisp up the crust as it cools. Arrived before estimated date.

I never had a tart pan or ever made a tart. This pan was perfect.

Great but my shortbread crust did stick
I'm giving 4 stars only because I did experience some sticking with my first ever tart. Now, the recipe for the shortbread crust said not to grease the sides of the pan, but do grease the bottom lightly. I followed instructions and my crust stuck to the sides and the bottom. User error? Maybe! I'll try another recipe and next time generously grease everything. If I get no sticking with that, I'll update my revivew.
