bought these for my husband who works out with weights from time to time and the grips are much more comfortable than having to wear workout gloves that make your hands sweat and sore price not to bad either

They're especially great for hammer curls and I also like to use them for deadlifts when I really want my forearms to burn. I've had a lot of people at the gym ask me about them and I always let people try them and they are always equally impressed.

I have worked with various products that help improve grip and improve barbell and free weight performance. But none of them have been come close to this one. It helped me in two ways, first is provides good friction without the pinching effect of knurled bars and helps me lift more weight as well as have better control. With these grips my 100% 1RM improved by atleast 10%. So that was good benefit.

I'm not at the gym for half day, so these things aren't a must have for me. I am sure they are great for someone who does lift a lot.
