Great seat and an even better value
The only issue I had in installing it was on the provided nuts there was an extended piece of plastic (to aid in holding or turning). It stuck out to far to fit flush up on the bottom. I simply trimmed it off and it worked fine. Great and solid lid and seat with no shifting. Also easy to pop the lids off the screws to get clean.

Easy to install and fits
Toilet seat was easy to install and fit perfectly. The only issue I had with it was it wasn't compatible with the bidet that we already had so we had to remove the toilet seat was easy to install and fit perfectly. Stable and Sturdy - does not slide
This is exactly what I was looking for, a sturdy and stable seat. The four feet on the seat (instead of only two) makes it even more balanced. Once the nuts were tightened, the seat was firmly in place and doesn't slide. The top is sturdy enough to sit on when down. Please note, this is not the slow close version.

Poorly designed and a hazard!
Clips to hold toilet seat in the back to secure seat from slipping off after final installation do not hold. A Hazard to the person as could cause injury if one falls off the seat due to clips slipping off. Cover slams down on to the toilet and is hard to control as very heavy and award. Thus possibly causing clips to jump off and seat being insecure!
