This arrived quickly and had all of the parts and pieces in one box. It was pretty easy to put together. It took about 3 hours. The kids absolutely love it! The net and spring covering seem very safe and secure. The kids can jumó freely and they have plenty of room. 12 feet is a good size.
My daughter loves it! On one pole some of the padding was damaged but not enough to try and replace it. Came in two separate boxes.
My 8 y/o daughter wanted this so after COVID I wanted them to get out of the house and do some exercise. I finally got her this and she goes outside everyday. They practice dancing there. My husband and I also go in there and it's a fun family activity. We put it together in two days, easy assemble. Highly recommend it. I purchase the 12FT. It's big but worth it
Although it took some time to assemble, most of it on my own, no help. I came out great and was easy to assemble. Delivery however, I was sitting at my window when I saw the Fedex driver drop it off the truck and drag it to the steps, and wrong door. Fortunately no missing or damaged pieces, but some were falling out of the box when I moved it to the location I wanted to set up at. Thank you for being so quick.
I love the trampoline. My kids love the trampoline. The only problem is, I thought there was a ladder included, but there was not. The picture shows a ladder. A little disappointed.
This product is great! I put it together myself within 5 hours. I was upset at first and had to call Walmart because I thought they had only sent me the one box, that happened to be just the safety net. Boy did I have flames shooting out of my head! My kids were disappointed and crying so naturally I saw red! However, after the very kind and understanding gentleman, whom I contacted thru Walmart's customer service, explained to me that it came in 2 boxes, because it was factory shipped he said and that I would receive it the next day, I took some breaths, told my kids it was on it's way and thanked him for his help and waited for the rest of the trampoline to arrive, which is ALOT MORE than 36 lbs I will tell you that. So when it came the next day, there I was out in the yard putting that bad boy together and it is work I will tell you that, especially being a woman out there putting this together, but it's totally doable if you have the time and the strength. (don't need to be a weight lifter cause I'm not, but it is a toll on the arms). It has been up for 3 weeks now and has held up. My big recommendation tho, is to definetly anchor it down. I never knew how just a windy day could possibly topple a trampoline, till I saw the wind come right up from under it and try to rise it up. I was drinking coffee at my kitchen table, watching the whole thing and thinking "wow, so that's how it's done huh?" While thanking Jesus that I took the time to anchor it down, by listening to the other customer's comment on here. THANK YOU! I'm glad I read their review and that if you live in a state with strong winds, you should anchor it. Michigan totally qualifies. Anyway, I recommend this 12 ft trampoline, as my children love it!!!! I do too. THANK YOU!
I was so nervous to buy this with the reviews of the trampoline itself and the vendor, but everything went fine. The vendor sent me two tracking numbers for the two packages, which both arrived before they were supposed to, and my husband is currently assembling in the backyard. Also, one person commented on the weight of the trampoline...one pkg. does weigh 36 lbs., but the other pkg. weighs 150 lbs.
Was missing two major polls... Son was very disappointed because it was a birthday gift that was looking forward to play on. I will no longer purchase anything else on walmart.com
ordered this way before Christmas for my sons big gift. it was missing not one (understandable), but SEVEN pieces. side piece and most of the legs. which is ridiculous. not sure how that even happens. Returned it. still havent gotten my money back. (tho the money return might not have had enough time yet)
The trampoline is poorly made. The handyman we hired to put it together could not even get the base pieces to fit. Poles were too short and did not fit. I do not recommend this product.
