After trying many braces this would supports for doing yoga Pilates d barre. It supports and the hinges bend comfortably with leg for support in all isometric movements the gel knee pad protects knee when doing exercise requiring knee support such and tabletop etc. takes pressure off.
Fits perfectly and stays on for 12 hr shifts
Dry good quality for the price. Keeps my patella where it needs to be and keeps me steady on my feet. Definitely would buy this again.
Seems to rub on the back center of my knee But trying to find something soft I can put under it. The sides feel great and sturdy.
