I dont know what is so good about this but I heard from a nurse with decades of experience that they sometimes used this to help seniors recover quicker in the hospital. Only reason I use it as maybe it does help when I need a healthy energy boost. does it boost? I don't know. Artificial Intelligence says this,,, wow! I have tried Now product which is non GMO but for the price difference I find this is a much better value. And considering everything else that is modified I am not going to spend the extra money. Fearn has been around forever and made the first soy lecithin products. So I go with them.

The last container of this product I received was completely different from what I'd purchased in the past - the granules looked smaller and they don't taste good, almost like chewing a sticky, slightly bitter plastic. I think either the manufacturing process or the source of the granules in the container I recently bought has changed, and not for the better. I may try another container after this one is gone to see if they went back to what this product was before, but this is clearly not the same product I've been buying for years.

The product arrived promptly. It does not like to dissolve. I put it in a coffee grinder to make it into a powder until I managed to get the liquid kind.
