I dont know what is so good about this but I heard from a nurse with decades of experience that they sometimes used this to help seniors recover quicker in the hospital. My mother has suffered from chemical and hormone migraines all her life. After cutting out all chemicals and hormone-effecting foods she was able to be mostly headache-free, but she would come into contact with chemicals for time to time and have to deal with the pain. After she took this Lecithin she found this and with it the answer to takin all away all her headaches. I highly recommend this product if you have headache. This would be the best aid for your illness. Great product and affordable. My only wish is that it came in liquid form cause the caps aren't vegan. Give it a try and see the change for yourself.

The product arrived promptly. It does not like to dissolve. I put it in a coffee grinder to make it into a powder until I managed to get the liquid kind.
