I dont know what is so good about this but I heard from a nurse with decades of experience that they sometimes used this to help seniors recover quicker in the hospital. Only reason I use it as maybe it does help when I need a healthy energy boost. does it boost? I don't know. Artificial Intelligence says this,,, wow! "Lecithin granules are used for various purposes, such as supporting liver health, improving digestion, and enhancing brain function. They contain phospholipids that are important for cell function and are sometimes taken as a supplement to boost energy and aid recovery, especially for seniors. However, it's always good to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement."
hi hi my high cholesterol dropped nearly 50%, to a perfect score just by taking this product alone.
I really enjoy this lecithin
I have been trying this product for a while, and it seems to be a good product. It has delivered on its promises and has made a positive difference in my daily routine. The results have been noticeable, and I appreciate the quality it offers. I look forward to continuing to use it and experiencing even more benefits in the future.
I bought this in hopes of having the benefit of reducing my cholesterol and I heard from my friends that this product helps with such an issue so I use it on my salads and other foods and it tastes the same so I don't notice it was there! The size of the package is hood and will last a while.
This is the Lecithin I like the best. Have tried other brands. Can honestly say, I just don't like the way those brands look (color and granule size) and don't like the way they store (can absorb moisture and become packed together). Fern packs a better quality Lecithin.
I recently purchased lecithin granules from iHerb, and I'm impressed with their quality. The granules dissolve easily and have a mild flavor, making them convenient to incorporate into my daily routine. I've noticed improvements in my cognitive function and overall well-being since adding them to my diet. Highly recommend these lecithin granules for their effectiveness and ease of use.
I use Soy Lecithin in my morning smoothy. It is tasty by itself (the sunflower lecithin has a terrible taste) and so it does not ruin the taste, Lecithin helps to keep together water and fat (in the smoothy) and also is said to be good against cognitive impairment (who needs this impairment?!?!). It is also cheap, so one has nothing to loose and something to gain from using lecithin :-)
It's always hard to find the granule form of Lecithin. I prefer this to tablets as I enjoy its benefits in lowering cholesterol. I particularly like its nutty flavour when put in soups, smoothies and even in porridge. The only down side of this product is I couldn't find the due date on the tin but I went ahead and use it. tasted fine and fresh and should finish within a few months.
I bought Fearn Natural Foods Lecithin Granules because I heard that it has benefits for brain health and cholesterol. They are easy to mix with smoothies or yogurt and they have a mild nutty flavor. I like that they are non-GMO and made from soybeans. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their cognitive function and heart health. I do feel that there are better products from my past experience. I will try a different brand next time.
