Fearn Lecithin, Liquid, 16 Fl Oz, Pack Of 1

this was my first time purchasing Fearn lecithin. I used it it was nice and thick like it should be I'm very impressed.

I mix this about half and half with olive oil and use it to grease baking pans. I found that just oil by itself does not work well for glass pans and I use glass whenever possible. It is difficult to wash off, though, so I use some baking soda on the pan and that absorbs the oil and lecithin mixture so it can be washed away. Cakes and breads easily release from the pans without a dusting of flour.

I'm using this for baking and some other food items such as my own salad dressings. The soy lecithin is an emulsifier so it helps keep the oil and vinegar mixed. In baked goods such as breads, it supposed to help with texture and shelf life. I trust this brand. It seems to be natural and good quality. I haven't tried it as a supplement. I don't know if I'd like the taste. I'm taking the capsule supplements.

Quality liquid lecithin, it had a bit of an odd smell when I received it but it didn't smell rancid or spoiled. And i didn't notice the taste at all. It worked well as an emulsifier in my recipies and has straightforward ingredients and it's kosher. Overall it is a very good product.

This is a good quality decent size bottle of lecithin. I've only ever used the sunflower less than before and this is so lecithin, but didn't notice a massive difference. Definitely definitely has quite a distinct flavor, but I think most of them do. Doesn't have a long list of ingredients which I like and good health benefits works great as a binder in certain food recipes as well.

Lasted for several months even though I have been using it almost every day. Did not blend with anything except yogurt, I tried with omlette and smoothie... Taste and smell are very mild, but feels sticky in the mouth if taken pure. Could not notice any effect but certainly didn't hurt. Will try different one next time so I'll have something to compare it with.

The ordering process and delivery from iHerb was seamless and quick. I purchased the liquid lecithin, thinking it would be easier to use than the granules. The liquid is thick and sticks to everything. After this experience, I will stick to the granules.

it did work for my edible creation BUT the cap is very cheap and broke/split.....kinda peeved about it considering what i paid thru this 3rd party seller....

I have to rate Fearn Natural Foods Liquid Lecithin (16 fl oz or 473 ml) with only two stars. I found this product to be lacking in quality compared to other lecithin options. The texture and flavor were not up to par, and it was not as versatile as I had hoped. Additionally, the 16 oz size, while standard, did not offer good value considering the product's quality. I would recommend exploring other brands for liquid lecithin as this one fell short of expectations.
